Valley Self-Defense

Valley Self Defense is a majority-woman-owned business in Stillwater, Minnesota teaching Krav Maga, an Israeli-based system of self-defense, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and yoga.

Krav Maga is designed for every day life, no matter your fitness level or age. Our instructors have 140 hours of Krav Maga teacher training, as well as trauma-informed care training from a local instructor.

We train ages 5 to 95, with classes for civilians, kids, and women-only. We also have conceal and carry and defensive shooting instructors able to help you train using your firearm.

Valley Self-Defense is available to train your group or provide private personal training. We have trained everyone from churches to special needs children to real estate agents.
