STILLWATER, MINN – The much-anticipated “Chamber Open,” an annual golf tournament and fundraiser for the Greater Stillwater Chamber of Commerce is set for Monday, September 16th at Oak Glen Golf Course. Registration will kick off at 11am and the shotgun-style tournament will begin at noon. On Thursday, Golf Committee Chair, John Ruiz, announced the beginning of the “Mulligan Special.”
The first ten foursomes to sign up for the “The Chamber Open” will be entered to get their foursome fee paid, said Ruiz. It’s a potential savings of $350.00, as one lucky golfer (of the first 10 to sign up) will get randomly chosen at the end of play.
“Start thinking golf,” said Ruiz. “Now is the time for Chamber members to start increasing their network and expanding their business. The Chamber Open is another great event to informally network with members and potential customers in the community.”

“You don’t have to be a professional golfer (or a golfer at all) to come out and enjoy this event,” said Ruiz. “Come out and join us for the ceremony and dinner afterwards!”
The Chamber Open is an annual event for the Greater Stillwater Chamber of Commerce and plans to host more than 200 Chamber members at Oak Glen Golf Course. The event consistently provides Chamber members with an informal business-minded atmosphere to help grown their business and the local community.

“In my opinion this is one of the best networking opportunities for Chamber Members throughout the year,” said Ruiz. “To every Chamber Member: start thinking golf, start practicing your swing and sign up your foursome now”
*At this time, The Chamber Open is only accepting registrations for Chamber Members and their prospective clients. The general public will be admitted based on overall attendance on September 1.
