Convicted Sex Offender Strikes Again: Stillwater Police
Stillwater police say a convicted sex offender has had sexual contact with another child.
Less than two years since he was able to leave the Washington County Jail after sexually assaulting a nine-year-old girl, a convicted sex offender is behind bars again.
Stillwater police say Timothy Dempze, 46, has had sexual contact with another child. The criminal complaint alleges that Dempze has sexual contact with a 12-year-old girl, KSTP reported.
Dempze was convicted in September 2014, but it was three months before Dempze was actually sent to jail, and he was allowed to be around minors.
