Minnesota Spay Neuter Assistance Program (MN SNAP) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization formed to provide funding for high-quality, high-volume, low-cost spay neuter services to owned animals within underserved/low-income communities, animals within the rescue and shelter system, and feral cat communities. We reach pets in neighborhoods where cost, transportation, or the absence of veterinary services is an obstacle to obtaining animal health care and spay/neuter services.
