WASHINGTON COUNTY, MN — Is this your dog? He (photo above) was found at 15th Street South and Neal Avenue South in Afton at 8:30 a.m. Monday. The Washington County Sheriff's Office said he will be at Mally's Sunshine Kennels in New Richmond for pick up.
