How do you use your voice, your face and your gestures to make a positive impression? In this hands-on, interactive presentation, you will experience and share best practices for making great impressions when you present yourself in formal or informal situations.

About the Presenter - Gail Zack Anderson

Based out of Lake Elmo, Gail Zack Anderson has over 20 years of experience in training and coaching. After working with a national training firm, she founded Applause Inc. in 1992 to focus on custom solutions for her local clients.  Since people are often their own worst critics, Gail’s goal is to help them see and build on their strengths and to help them build skills that will enhance their effectiveness.
