Community Weight Loss Challenge LGN Boot Camp

This is an 8 week lifestyle transformation program.  We meet Monday through Thursday for one hour  group training sessions.  The trainers coach you through lifestyle changes using Nutrition, Training, and Education.  All participants go through a full assessment, log food weekly, and recieve educational tips weekly.  They will also participate in a grocery store tour and learn how to clean out their kitchen to eat fresh whole foods.  Please contact us for more information on how to get started: sara@2lgn.com
