The Independence Party sponsors an open discussion “Is My City (or County) Obsolete?” on Wednesday, July 11th, from 7 to 9 PM, at Aristos Restaurant, 1180 West Frontage Road, Stillwater (Hiway 36 and Greeley Street). Jim Mulder, who knows all about it from his years as Executive Director of the Association of Minnesota Counties, will be there to help out.
