Rivertown Inn Chef Ray Remler will present two sessions of a one-day East Indian Cuisine cooking class.
Participants will enjoy a lesson on how to re-create genuine Indian dishes in a North American kitchen and discover their passion for preparing easy dishes that showcase the rich and exotic flavors of curry sauces that focus on fruit, yogurt and tomato bases.
The fun and informative three-hour classes feature hands-on instruction, plentiful food and wine samplings, and a take home recipe booklet of the day’s menu.
