Manga, a Japanese comic art form, has been mesmerizing young readers for more than a decade. And following up on its popularity, the Stillwater Public Library will be sponsoring a workshop for teens who are interested in studying the manga art form.
The three-day workshop on manga will be held Aug. 9-11 from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Library.
The workshop will include interactive activities for participants and will be geared for teen readers, although all ages are welcome. The workshop will include enough time for participants to create their own manga characters and stories about them.
