MaxFit Women's Bootcamp

Join other women in the community for this 45 minute bootcamp.  Coach Kim leads the group through intervals, circuits, and core work designed to get the best results!  It is a fun, non intimidating atmosphere and everyone is welcome to try it out free the first time!  We meet M,W, and F at 6am all summer long.  Check out www.maxwellfitness.com for more info.
