Starting at 4 p.m. at the Washington County Fair, all Livestock in Place except Dairy Cattle & Goats; from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. is Ms. Jaz-ee - Balloonologist; Tropical Ballroom Swing Dancers; and new this year, the 34th Infantry Red Devil Rock Band!
