ENTRY FEE
Free! ~ Team members raise donations to support Youth Service Bureau (a minimum of $25 must be raised by each bowler).
TEAM INFORMATION
Each team may have 4-5 players and must have a team captain.
Teams will receive free bowling, shoe rental, food and drinks, as well as a Turkeys for Teens t-shirt.
TEAM CAPTAIN INFORMATION
Team captains will receive a kit that includes a checklist and donation sheets.

Complete the registration form no later than October 20 to secure your bowling time slot and request your t-shirt size.
