That Great Heart: The Life of I.A. O’Shaughnessy, Oilman and Philanthropist. By Doug Hennes

O’Shaughnessy is a well-known name in St. Paul and throughout Minnesota. He was the 13th son of a Stillwater bootmaker.

Come celebrate the Stillwater book release and hear St. Paul author Doug Hennes share this amazing story.

Not only did O’Shaughnessy give generously to places like Lakeview Memorial Hospital in Stillwater, and St. Thomas and St. Kate’s (where there are plenty of buildings with his name on it), but he also funded community projects such as the baseball fields at the Ford plant site in St. Paul.
