The 67-year-old man who went missing near Grant last night was found safe early this morning in Columbia Heights.

Authorities have located David Sullivan, the 67 year-old man who went missing from Grant last night.
He was found early this morning with family members in Columbia Heights.
"After an extended nighttime search and CodeRED phone notifications to the community and citizens of Washington County, a phone tip provided information that lead to locating Mr. Sullivan with family members in Columbia Heights early this morning," a news release from the Washington County Sheriff's Office states.

The Washington County Sheriff's Office is thanking the public for their attention and assistance in locating Sullivan.

The Washington County Sheriff's Office is requesting public assistance in locating a missing person.
David Sullivan, 67, is about 6-feet tall and weighs 200 pounds.
He was last seen Tuesday at about 10:45 p.m. in the area of Highway 96 and Joliet Avenue in Grant. He is wearing a blue-and-white plaid shirt, light-blue jeans and sneakers.Β
Sullivan hasΒ Alzheimer's and is not from the area.
He was not driving a vehicle, Washington County Sheriff's Office Commander Cheri Dexter said. Sullivan was visiting the area from the west metro.
