Update: Stillwater Toddler Placed 56 Calls to Police, Mother Cited
According to police, the 24-year-old Stillwater woman's toddler has placed 56 calls to police in the last two months.

A 3-year-old toddler has placed 56 emergency calls to police in the last two months from her mother's cell phone and land line, according to a police report released Friday morning.
The most recent of which landed the toddler's 24-year-old mother in jail Β for permitting a public nuisance, as well as obstructing the legal process with force and a Steele County warrant for driving after suspension.
Police were called to the woman's home in the 1100 block of Curve Crest Boulevard three more times Thursday morning for a child talking on her motherβs cell phone. When police arrived, the woman allegedly began fighting with the officers.

She was eventually jailed for a warrant out of Steele County.
According to police, the woman has been warned and cited multiple times regarding this situation. Police are required by law to respond to all 911 calls.
