The officer noted that the 35-year-old Stillwater resident smelled of alcoholβ€”and appeared to be β€œmoderately drunk”—but was coherent, aware of his surroundings and not slurring his speech.

The man told police he was looking for a friend’s house.

A resident of the 600 block of Elm Street told police that the man startled his daughter when he wandered into their yard; and when she asked what he wanted, the man reportedly said β€œnothing” and walked away.

The resident then reportedly saw the man walk two doors down, enter a garage and allegedly start making his way into a home, the report states. Two men who were on the side of the home at the time asked what he was doing when he said he was β€œlooking for a friend’s house.”

The two men then reportedly told the man to leave, to which he responded by asking if they had any β€œstraight porn” or β€œchicks over,” the report states. The men again told him to leave, noting that he was looking inside of their vehicles as he walked away.

The man was transported to jail, and cited for disorderly conduct and trespassing.
