PS3 with games

I am selling a PS3 CECH-2001b slim with a 250GB hard drive. (It's not exactly slim but I guess it's slimmer than the original) It has built in wi-fi, 2 front mounted 2.0 USB ports, and Dual Shock 3 controller. It also comes with a power cable, HDMI cable, and the controller charging cable. I also have a few games I'd like to sell with it. Games include:
Assassin's Creed Revelations (new and unopened)
MLB 13 The Show (used w/o case)

Genji: Days of the Blade
