30-Mile Pursuit For Felony Suspect Started In Stillwater: Cops
The suspect had a felony warrant for his arrest but resisted and fled the Washington County Government Center, according to authorities.

STILLWATER, MN — A 30-mile police pursuit that began at the Washington County Government Center ended on Interstate 35E at County Road J in White Bear Township Thursday, authorities said.
The Washington County Sheriff's Office attempted to arrest 19-year-old Howard Peter Johnson just before 12:20 p.m. for a Ramsey County felony warrant. Johnson resisted and "used force" to bolt out of the government center before fleeing in his car, police said.
The chase ended on I-35E when Johnson's car ran into stop sticks. No injuries were reported in the pursuit.

Johnson was arrested and transported to jail on the felony warrant. Additional charges against him are pending further investigation, according to a news release.
