REMINDER: Stillwater Holiday Twinkle Parade is Saturday
Holiday festivities kick off at the Dock Cafe at 4 p.m. with music, the Twinkle Parade and tree lighting, a visit from Santa and fireworks.
Word has it that Santa Claus is coming to town on a fire truck Saturday afternoon for the Stillwater Holiday Twinkle Parade.
The along the St. Croix Riverfront begins at 5 p.m. at the and travels north along Sam Bloomer Way to the Lowell Park Gazebo. Santa is expected to arrive for the tree lighting at 5:15 p.m. Fireworks will follow Santa’s arrival.
But to get into the spirit, the Teddy Bear Band will begin playing at the Dock Café at 4 p.m., where organizers will hand out complimentary hot cocoa, coffee, cookies and twinkle lights to the first 750 children (while supplies last).
