Save the Date: 20th Annual St. Croix Garden Tour is July 14-15
The 20th annual St. Croix Garden Tour is scheduled for the weekend of July 14-15 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The event costs $15 in advance or $20 the day of the tour. Exact locations in the Stillwater area have yet to be announced.

Twenty years ago Stillwater-based kicked off its first-ever St. Croix Garden Tour.
The event has since awed and inspired attendees with feature gardens and creative ideas for two decades.
The 20th annual St. Croix Garden Tour is scheduled for Saturday, July 14 and Sunday, July 15 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

For the first time in the event’s history, the tour will feature 11 residential gardens from previous years.
One of which is the garden of Lake Elmo resident Tom DeGree, whose garden featured on the tour in 2008. Since then, DeGree has been chairman of the garden tour committee.

“Tom provides wonderful volunteer leadership for this event. He is committed not only to making the garden tour a success, but to capturing the mission of FamilyMeans,” Arba-Della Beck, president of FamilyMeans said in a statement. “The garden tour is such a fun summertime event. It’s a great way to get outdoors and meander through the yards of welcoming homeowners to see the creativity, skill and ideas that go into their gardens. Each one is unique.”
The St. Croix Garden Tour event proceeds support FamilyMeans, a nonprofit that provides counseling and mental health services; collaborative divorce; financial counseling and bankruptcy services; caregiver support; youth enrichment programs; and an employee assistance program. Each year, FamilyMeans reaches more than 23,000 people.
The 20th annual tour will take attendees through gardens of residential homes in the Stillwater area. The exact locations have yet to be announced. The event costs $15 in advance or $20 the day of the tour.
