Short-Term Rentals, Like Airbnb, Are Topic Of Stillwater Meeting
Are you interested in whether Stillwater will allow short-term vacation rentals in the city? This meeting is for you.
STILLWATER, MN — Are you interested in whether Stillwater will allow short term vacation rentals in the city, such as Airbnb and other services that allow residents to use their private homes for short-term rentals You're encouraged to participate in upcoming hearings on either March 8 or March 21.
The Stillwater Planning Commission will meet on Wednesday, March 8 at 7 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Stillwater City Hall, 216 North Fourth Street, to conduct a public hearing on a proposed ordinance to regulate short term home rentals in the city.
The Stillwater City Council will consider the same ordinance proposal at a public hearing on March 21, 2017 at 7 p.m. in the same venue, according to a news release.
