Six-straight wins pull Ponies volleyball to the .500 mark.

A six-game winning streak has brought the Stillwater volleyball team to the .500 mark after a second-straight shutout victory on Tuesday.

Volleyball

Consecutive 3-0 match victories against Suburban East Conference opponents Park and Hastings on Sept. 15 and 20, respectively, gave the Stillwater volleyball team a 6-6 record and improved the Ponies to 3-0 in the circuit.

As of the last statistical update, Savannah Sprenger led the squad with 76 kills and 14 service aces, with Susan Evans' 186 assists and Maddie Brandon's 194 digs also topping the team.

Boys Soccer

After its first Minnesota loss, 2-1 to ninth-ranked North St. Paul last Saturday, the Stillwater boys soccer team topped conference rival Park 3-1 on Tuesday to improve to 8-2 on the season.

Heading into Tuesday's game, Patrick Roth led the Ponies with nine goals, with Roma Devine's six assists pacing the team.

Girls Soccer

The Stillwater girls soccer team dropped to 4-4-2 on the year after a 1-0 loss to visiting Park on Tuesday, a defeat that came on the heels of a 2-1 non-conference win versus Anoka last Saturday.

Hannah Okerstrom and Katie Holder are currently tied for the Ponies' scoring lead with five goals apiece.

Girls Tennis

Stillwater topped Roseville, 5-2, in a SEC girls tennis dual match on Tuesday. Individual statistics were not made available.
