
Mitch Reinke, a defenseman who on the Stillwater Area High School hockey team, just finished his junior year, and he has already been selected in the first round of the North American Hockey League Entry Draft.
Reinke was selected seventh overall by the Aberdeen (S.D.) Wings last week, according to an article on AberdeenNews.com.

“I know Mitch and his family very well,” said Aberdeen coach Travis Winter. “We drafted him in the (United States Hockey League) futures draft last year when I was still with Cedar Rapids (Iowa of the USHL as an assistant coach). Mitch is a world-class kid who works extremely well and is really smart. He has a very good skill level and the ability to make a lot of plays.”
