The man’s preliminary breath test registered at .40, according to police.

When police arrived at the home on Pine Street West at about 5:40 a.m. Saturday, the officer noticed the man standing outside the front door. As police approached and asked the man what he was doing, the man reportedly turned around and gave the officer the middle finger.

The man adamantly told police he β€œbelieved he was at his house,” the report states. The officer responded by repeatedly stating that the man was on Pine Street, not Harriet Street, where he lives.

The man was checked out by medics because his PBT was .40 and then transported to Dakota County Detox.
