Stillwater Man Missing 10 Days After Argument: Police

The 24-year-old was last seen on Dec. 20 after a "minor argument," according to investigators.

STILLWATER, MN —The Stillwater Police Department is asking for assistance in locating Ralph Latrez Bell, 24, of Stillwater. Ralph was last seen at his residence in Stillwater around 10 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 20.

Ralph left the residence on the 1600 block of Greeley Street South after a minor argument, according to police. The vehicle Ralph was believed to be driving was located at 11 p.m., unoccupied with the engine idling at the 800 block of Cope Avenue West in Roseville.

Ralph has not had any contact with friends or family since leaving home and is phone forwards directly to voice mail, according to a news release.

Ralph is 5 feet, 6 inches and weighs 155 pounds. He was last seen wearing dark colored work boots, blue jeans, a navy blue shirt with the letters "TC" on the chest, and a green cargo jacket.
