Stillwater Massage Therapist Faces Two More Sexual Assault Charges
The Washington County Attorney's Office amended a criminal complaint against Land of Pharaoh's owner, Amir Abd El Malak, to include two additional accusations of criminal sexual conduct for illicitly touching his customers.

The owner of has now been charged with five counts of criminal sexual conduct after being accused of illicitly touching his customers.
The today, amended a criminal complaint against the massage parlor’s owner, Amir Abd El Malak, 36, of Stillwater, to include one count of third-degree criminal sexual conduct and a fourth charge of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct.
All have reported that the sexual assaults occurred while getting a massage at Land of Pharaoh’s on Greeley Street.

When police contacted Malak about the allegations, he reportedly told the detective: “Some people came because they hurt, some people came for relax, and some people came for sex.”
Malak also told police the alleged sexual contact was a “mistake” in judgment on his part.

If convicted, Malak faces up to 15 years in prison and $30,000 in fines for the third-degree criminal sexual assault charge. He also faces a maximum of 10 years in prison and up to $20,000 in fines for each of the four counts of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct.
