Stillwater Prison Guard Charged With Intent to Deal Cocaine

A 20-year Stillwater prison guard was arrested in Wisconsin last week after a Wisconsin State Patrol officer found marijuana, cocaine and various paraphernalia in his car during a traffic stop on Interstate 90/94.

A 20-year Stillwater prison guard was arrested in Wisconsin last week after a Wisconsin State Patrol officer found marijuana, cocaine and various paraphernalia in his car during a traffic stop, according to a KARE 11 article published last week.

From the KARE-11 article:

A criminal complaint says the trooper observed in plain view a "dugout/one hitter" pipeΒ used to smoke marijuana. The trooper further searched the car and found more than 82 grams of cocaine (nearly 3 ounces), 7.7 grams of marijuana, a scale and a glass pipe for smokingΒ crack cocaine or methamphetamine.

Randy S. Anderson, 52, of Stillwater, made his first appearance Monday in Juneau County District Court in Wisconsin after spending the weekend in jail, and was released after posting a $10,000 bond. Anderson faces three drug charges: possession with intent to deliver cocaine, possession of THC (the ingredient in marijuana that makes it illegal) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
