A criminal complaint says the trooper observed in plain view a "dugout/one hitter" pipe used to smoke marijuana. The trooper further searched the car and found more than 82 grams of cocaine (nearly 3 ounces), 7.7 grams of marijuana, a scale and a glass pipe for smoking crack cocaine or methamphetamine.

Randy S. Anderson, 52, of Stillwater, made his first appearance Monday in Juneau County District Court in Wisconsin after spending the weekend in jail, and was released after posting a $10,000 bond. Anderson faces three drug charges: possession with intent to deliver cocaine, possession of THC (the ingredient in marijuana that makes it illegal) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
