Stillwater Public Library will be Open on Sundays this Fall

The be open on Sundays this fall thanks to a major donation to the Stillwater Public Library Foundation.

The library will be open on Sundays from 1-5 p.m. Sept. 11 through Nov. 20 and will offer most of it's services to the public. However, meeting rooms will not be available on Sundays, the St. Croix Collection will be closed and visitors to the library must enter on Third Street. 

The Stillwater Public Library Foundation received a gift from Patrick and Jane Thiele in hopes that weekend hours could be expanded, according to Lynn Bertalmio, director of the Stillwater Public Library. The Foundation has made these funds available to the library for the 2011 schedule.
