Graduates of MTS Minnesota Connections Academy, a K-12 online public school that students attend from home, gathered with their peers, families and school faculty during a traditional graduation ceremony, Saturday, June 14, at Edina's South View Middle School.
While students are located throughout the state, many of the one-hundred twelve graduating seniors made the trip to participate in the ceremony and walk across the stage, a rite of passage that represents years of hard work put in by students, teachers, parents and administrators. Samantha Lindberg of Stillwater was among the graduates. She will be attending Laguna College of Art and Design in the fall.
