Stillwater Teen Rescues Friend From the Frigid Waters of Lily Lake
A Stillwater teen went into Lily Lake on Sunday afternoon to retrieve a basketball, but due to cold water temperatures he started struggling. That's when another teen reportedly swam to his friend's aid and helped pull him into the dock.

were called at 3:30 p.m. Sunday to a report of a teenage boy struggling in the cold water of after swimming out after a basketball.
When police arrived, the officer saw two Stillwater boys—ages 15 and 16—who were wet and cold, the report states. Both boys were checked out by medics due to exposure to cold water and released to their parents.
