Stillwater's Jessie Diggins Parade: Date, Time, Route
Stillwater High School graduate Jessie Diggins won gold and made history at the Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang earlier this year.

STILLWATER, MN — The city of Stillwater is hosting a parade at 10 a.m. on Saturday, April 14 to honor Stillwater's state champion Girls Nordic Ski Team, Girls Alpine Ski Team, and Gymnastics Team as well as Stillwater High School graduate and Olympic gold medalist Jessie Diggins. Diggins, 26, is a native of Afton, Minnesota.
The parade will start at the future Stillwater Zephyr Theatre parking lot at the north end of town. The route will follow Main Street to Nelson Street and double back on Water Street.
The celebration will end with a ceremony at the Lowell Park amphitheater, according to officials from Stillwater Area Public Schools.

At the 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang, South Korea, Diggins and her American teammate Kikkan Randall became the United States' first cross-country skiers to win gold.
