Washington Co. Identifies Body of Man Found in Mississippi
Authorities say the man was homeless at the time of his death.
The Washington County Sheriff's Office has identified the body of a man that was found in the Mississippi River Monday.
The victim was identified as 32-year-old Yien Jock. Police say Jock was homeless at the time of his death. There were no obvious signs of trauma found on the body, according to a news release.
On Aug. 15 at about 4:46 p.m., the Washington County Sheriff's Office was called by a boater who located the body of Jock in the Mississippi River.

Jock's body was found about 2.5 miles south of Hidden Harbor Marina.
The cause of death is still under investigation by the Ramsey County Medical Examiner.
