Washington Co. Water Team Finds Missing GoPro in Lake Superior
Authorities say the GoPro recovery demonstrates the ability of the county's divers to recover small items in large bodies of water.

During a training exercise last week, the Washington County Water Recovery Team showed off its capabilities by retrieving a small item at the bottom of the Lake Superior.
While diving the "Madeira" shipwreck, volunteer diver Jim Anderson located a GoPro camera at a depth of 100 feet and brought it to the surface.
After the day's training was completed, video recorded by the GoPro was viewed to attempt to locate the owner's identity.
