Chick-Fil-A Plans For First St. Louis Park Location
The Atlanta-based restaurant recently proposed to redevelop property in St. Louis Park.
The old TCF Bank branch located at the Shoppes at Knollwood in St. Louis Park is expected to be torn down make way for the city's first Chick-fil-A location.
The Atlanta-based restaurant recently proposed the city to redevelop the property at Highway 7 and Texas Avenue South.
According to the company’s website, the St. Louis Park location will be Chick-fil-A’s 13th in Minnesota.

Documents show the restaurant will feature indoor and outdoor dining as well as a drive-through, Finance and Commerce reported:
Chick-fil-A has not yet picked a general contractor to build its new restaurant, Walther said. No opening date has been announced either.
Chick-fil-A will pursue its city approvals before seeking a franchisee to operate the Knollwood restaurant, Walther said. Chick-fil-A charges franchisees a $10,000 fee, according to the company’s website.
