Energy Demonstration Project Open House Will Be Held On March 18 And 22

The city worked with a contractor to make energy efficient upgrades and general home improvements.

The city purchased the tax forfeiture property at 3611 Glenhurst Ave. S. to support the city's Climate Action Plan. The city worked with a contractor to make energy efficient upgrades and general home improvements, as well as to add a residential fire sprinkler system. Now is your chance to see it! Attend one of the open houses to learn about energy efficient home improvements, Home Energy Squad visits (energy audits), city rebates and loans, and fire safety.

Open houses will be held:

  • March 18, 4 - 6:30 p.m.
  • March 22, noon - 3 p.m.

Both open houses will be held at the property, 3611 Glenhurst Ave. S.
