Parktacular 2013 Kickoff Planning Meeting

The meeting to kick off planning for Parktacular 2013 is Wednesday, August 8, from 7- 9 pm at the St. Louis Park Rec Center, in the Gallery Room. We are looking for fresh faces to join our committee in various roles including sales, operations and administrative. We invite anyone and everyone to attend this kick off meeting, to learn more about becoming involved or to offer ideas or suggestions. 

The planning committee has an immediate need for a Secretary, a Button Committee Chair, a Door Prize Coordinator, and a Fundraising Assistant. Complete job descriptions will be available at the meeting, and can later be found at www.parktacular.org

The Planning Committee meets on the 2^nd
Wednesday of every month, from 7-9pm in the Rec Center Gallery Room.Meetings become bi-monthly in May, leading up to the June event. Planning Committee volunteers are expected to attend and contribute as often as possible. The public is welcome to attend to offer ideasor suggestions.
