Major St. Louis Park Redevelopment Starts Taking Shape
The former office site is now moving into the next phase.
ST. LOUIS PARK, MN — Construction is underway at the Terasă development site in St. Louis Park after the former office building at 5401 Gamble Drive was demolished last fall.
The project began construction in March, according to city officials.

- High lift grouting at the southeast corner of the site
- Masonry work
- Footing formwork
- Concrete pours along the east side of the site
The development is one of several projects moving ahead in St. Louis Park as the city continues to see redevelopment around older commercial and office properties.
