MN Republican Erik Paulsen Rips Trump Tweet

A Republican who represents part of the west Twin Cities metro is criticizing the latest tweets from President Trump. On Thursday morning, Trump unleashed a tirade of insults on the hosts of "Morning Joe," a pair he was once publicly very friendly with.

"I heard poorly rated @Morning_Joe speaks badly of me (don't watch anymore)," he wrote. "Then how come low I.Q. Crazy Mika, along with Psycho Joe, came to Mar-a-Lago 3 nights in a row around New Year's Eve, and insisted on joining me. She was bleeding badly from a face-lift. I said no!"

In his own tweet, Republican Congressman Erik Paulsen, who represents Minnesota's Third congressional district, wrote the following:

As I said a few weeks ago, we need civility and respect in our political discourse. POTUS's tweets this morning are the opposite of that
