Olympic Athlete-Turned-Jewelry Artist to Visit Max's for Show

Former U.S. Olympic Luge team member Erica Molinari will visit Max’s at
The Shops at Excelsior & Grand December 13-15 for a trunk showing of
her fine jewelry and her line of cashmere knitwear. Molinari is known
for her delicate gold and silver designs of fine craftsmanship and
exquisite detailing that offer accessible jewels for her
fashion-conscious clientele. The collection at Max’s highlights her
unique collection of gold and sterling silver double-sided charms
encrusted with pearls and small diamonds with an Old World Byzantine
influence and Gothic crosses engraved with Latin sayings. Her work also
includes oxidized silver earrings, rings and bangles that are
embellished with 18 kt gold, diamonds and vibrant precious gem stones as
well as diamond-studded pearls, blackened silver bangles and twiggy
hoops.
Molinari also designs a collection of cashmere knit hats,
scarves and gloves noted for their exquisite Swarovski crystal-studded
accents. Prior to delving into the jewelry industry, she was a member of
the U.S. Olympic Luge team for 18 years and competed in the Winter
Olympic Games in Calgary, Canada in 1988 and Albertville, France in
1992. Stop by to meet this very talented artist and athlete and see her
beautiful collections.
