(PHOTOS) BSM Graduation 2011
The Benilde-St. Margaret's community packed Haben Center Friday to honor the class of 2011.
Students, faculty, parents and friends of 2011 graduates packed the Haben Center on the school's campus in St. Louis Park Friday night to celebrate a job very well done and to wish them well in the next phase of their lives.
The heat and humidity was in effect outside, but the air conditioning was being pumped inside to keep the Haben Center cool for the packed house. The concert band played the traditional "Pomp and Circumstance" as the graduates filed into the hall.
The ceremony began with a welcome by Salutatorian Ellie Jaskowiak and an opening prayer was given by Mr. Michael Jeremiah. Lindsay Kaminski, Valedictorian, was recognized prior to her address as achieving a 4.0 GPA.

Diplomas were conferred by Dr. Bob Tift, Dr. Sue Skinner and Ms. Mary Andersen just prior to students being released to the outside for hugs, pictures and plenty of celebration to commemorate the occasion.
