St. Louis Park 2021 Election: Key Dates, Info To Know

A number of key political offices are up for reelection in St. Louis Park in 2021.

ST. LOUIS PARK, MN — This fall, St. Louis Park residents will vote in several important local elections. All four ward council members in St. Louis Park, as well as local school board offices, will be on the ballet:

  • Independent School District 283 St. Louis Park — 3 school board members seats
  • St Louis Park – Council Member Wards 1, 2, 3, 4

Here are the key dates to know for Minneapolis' 2021 election season:

  • Candidate filing: July 27 — Aug. 10
  • Early voting period: Sept. 17 — Nov. 1
  • Early registration deadline: Tuesday, Oct. 12
  • Suggested deadline to apply for a mail-in ballot: Tuesday, Oct. 19
  • Election Day, deadline to return mail-in ballot: Tuesday, Nov. 2. Polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
