Here is an update on what is open, upcoming closures and a look ahead to what is coming later this month:<br /></p> <h3>Ramps now open</h3> <ul><li>Eastbound I-94 to eastbound I-694 and northbound Hwy 252</li><li>Dowling Ave. ramp to WB I-94</li><li>Third St to WB I-94</li></ul><p>The ramp from Dowling Ave. to WB I-94 opens Fri, June 2 and the ramp from East Lyndale Ave. to westbound I-94 opens Tue, June 6.</p> <h3>Upcoming closures</h3> <p>The ramp from Washington/Broadway Ave. to westbound I-94 closes Tue, June 6 for seven days. The detour is Washington Ave. to Dowling Ave. to westbound I-94</p> <p>Eastbound I-94 to Hennepin/Lyndale Ave. closes Thu, June 8 for two weeks. The detour is Hwy 55 to Lyndale Ave. to eastbound I-94.</p> <h3>Lowry Tunnel project work</h3> <p>The tunnel restrictions will start 5 a.m. Mon, June 26. It requires a weekend closure of the eastbound tunnel starting at 10 p.m. Fri, June 23 to 5 a.m. Mon, June 26.</p><p>When the tunnel reopens, it will have both directions of traffic going through it with two lanes in each direction and a concrete barrier in the middle. Trucks will be prohibited. </p><p>The detour for the eastbound tunnel closure is Hwy 100 to eastbound Hwy 62 to northbound I-35W to eastbound I-94.
