Another in-vogue, residential and retail combination is coming soon to St. Louis Park. Ground was broken on Monday for Wooddale Pointe, which, when completed, will have retail establishments on the first floor and senior living units on floors two through five. Located at 3601 Wooddale Ave., Wooddale Pointe will have 26,000 square feet of commercial space and 112 living units. Designed and built by Graco Development, the senior living section may in the future offer medication monitoring and memory care. Plans are to complete and open the building by the end of 2012.
