The Grand Canyon is world-famous for the beauty of its many exposed layers of intensely colored rock. Red rocks are also the main attraction in Sedona. There are a number of luxury resorts nestled among the rocks, with adjoining spas that provide pampering, relaxation and terrific views.
A more urban experience is not far away in Scottsdale, a city adjacent to Phoenix. There are lots of wonderful shops, galleries and boutiques, along with great restaurants and nightlife.
