Hi, my name is Madelyn. I’m 7 and in 1st grade at Fieldstone. My birthday is January 1st, New Year’s day! My nick-name is Maddy for short.
I have one sister and one brother. Their names are Lorna and William.
My favorite food is bean burritos and I love salami. I LOVE pink and my favorite thing to do is draw. One unique thing about me is I’m part Brazilian. My dad was born in Brazil and married my mom who is American.
I love to be Brazilian because I like to learn new words like: oi (Hi) tchau (Bye) obrigado (Thank You) and eu te amo (I love you). I just came home from
a trip to Brazil. It was fun! I left on April 27th and got there
on April 28th (Because it was over night). I went with my grandma and grandpa and rode first class on the airplane! First class was really fun because I got to watch lots of movies like Rise of the Guardian’s!
In Brazil I met new people and made new friends! I went skating on chocolate and went to a pet shop and saw parrots and a baby monkey!
I went to the beach, went swimming, and played tennis.
I am excited to be a Junior Royalty candidate because I want
to have fun and meet new friends. I want
to ride in my dad’s convertible in the parade because I want to wave at people
in the crowd. I want be a Junior Princess because I think it would be fun!
My Royalty buddy is Callie! I’m very excited to meet her! I like the
Friendly City Days parade because I know it is summertime. I have watched the
fireworks from my deck ever since I was a little girl. Thank you to Long Haul
