There is a new wellness and weight management program starting in April at inFIT in Albertville. Alongside my nationally accredited certified personal trainers, we have created a program that GETS RESULTS. It's called F.I.R.M.
A comprehensive wellness and weight management program with YOUR lifestyle in mind.
With the support of a Certified Personal Trainer...
- You will learn what and how to eat to lose and maintain your ideal weight.
- You will learn how to exercise effectively and efficiently.
- You will have support through live workshops and e-support to keep you on track
- You can expect to lose 1‐2 lbs/week following the F.I.R.M. program. That's 24-48 pounds in 6 months!
- You will SUCCEED!
You have a busy life. Let inFIT take the stress out of wellness and weight management by breaking it down and making it fun. You will be paired up with your own Certified Personal Trainer who will assist you every step of the way. The two proven main components to the F.I.R.M. include:

*All workshops are video recorded and emailed to you upon request. Workshops are approximately 50 minutes, specifically designed for your busy lifestyle. Evenings and weekends available!
