Learn the group fitness lingo – what is strike?  To an outsider, the class seems very scary, intense, and intimidating, however, with a little education, you may learn to love it!

This kickboxing-inspired class will challenge you with a full-body interval workout that incorporates traditional kickboxing combinations done with optional weighted gloves, controlled weight-bearing movements and athletic drills. It will take your kickboxing routine to the next level! It's that simple. 

Don't be scared away by words like helicopters and alley-oop in strike! These are just names of some of the moves with the bar. With a little practice, you can become a pro at this fun, total body workout!
