Why is it so hard to LOSE weight?!? Find out some of the struggles I face and some tools to stay healthy(r) :)

As I struggle with my own weight management, I often wonder, "Why is it so hard to LOSE weight?" Here are a couple reasons I have come up with today (the good news can be found in the parentheses):
One bagel at Caribou is 360 calories, AND THAT DOESN'T INCLUDE THE CREAM CHEESE! (If you like the treats and Caribou, share them with a friend or have them as a meal, rather than in addition to a meal.)
Walking for 1 hour only burns on average 200 calories. (A kickboxing class burns an average of 500 calories/hour)

Weekend snacking. (Switch the snacks from chips to veggies)
Alcohol. (if you're going to drink, switch to lower calorie drinks like light beer or unsweetened juices for mixers, and remember to drink a glass of water in between every beverage to keep you full and hydrated!)
