Hatha Yoga Beginning 1

This new class is only offered once a year and no prior knowledge of yoga required.Β ο»Ώ

Traditional Hatha Yoga classes will emphasize physical and psychological development, including fundamentals of stretches, alignment, postures, breathing, relaxation, and intro-duction to the nasal wash using the neti pot. This class is perfect for anyone who has always wondered about yoga. Class is 75 minutes in progressive 8 week session for maximum benefit. Instructed by Diane Seeley, RYT. Please bring your own yoga sticky mat to class. Β
